Public law and cases with public authorities

Public law in Denmark and cases with public authorities is a broad concept, and Master of Law Jakob Dahl Thomsen has extensive experience in this field from both sides of the table.

He has been in charge of legal affairs in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Administration Department for several years, been a member of the Danish Refugee Council for a period of time, and has conducted several cases in relation to public authorities.
